You ever wondered,What are the materials are used for making iphone parts?

            OK,Let's move on to our topic.Usually there are lots of Raw Materials are used for making iphone parts in various places in the world.These materials includes metals,plastics,glasses and also chemicals.Each parts of the iphones are made up of various raw materials.Now i'm gonna show you those materials one by one.

1.Screen

                    The iphone's touch screen is uses the Gorilla glass.This gorilla glass manufactured by
U.S glass maker Corning Inc.This glass in more scratch resistant ,durable, fundamentally tougher and it gives a nice touch experience.

1. Alkali-aluminosilicate
2. Potassium salt
3. Sodium ions and
4.  Potassium ion
5. Ceramic glass.

2.Battery

  

            Iphone uses a Li-ion(Lithium-Ion) battery.Li‑ion batteries offer reasonably good charging performance at cooler temperatures and better lifetime.There are lots of materials and chemicals are used for making Li-ion batteries

Materials:

1. Cathode active materials(LFT,LCO,LMO,NMC,NCA,CSG,ect)
2. Anode active materials(Graphite,Graphene)
3. Aluminum foils
4. SBR and PVDF Binders
5. Electrolytes,LIPF 6
6. Packaging materials(laminate pouch,cans)

3.Processor

           The apple 'A' series processors(own processor) are used in the iPhones.It gives a higher performance and uses lesser power and also produces very very lower heat.

3. Polyvinyl
4. PVC and 
5. Smaller amount of Aluminum

4.Camera

         Iphone uses their own isight camera,The real magic of the camera in hidden away from it's lens,tucked in a specilized portion of the 'A' series CPU called the Image Signal Processing(ISP).Instead of relying on third party hardwares.

                Iphone uses a dual LED light for flash light.This dual LED  gives a  awesome camera experiance.

              The iphone vibration motor in likely different from other vibrators.It uses basically four types of raw materials .

           The Steel was used for making iphone sim card trays.Iphone uses a micro sim card tray.

 7.Memory

         Iphone uses a flash memory.Iphones can't allows the external SD cards,only uses their in-build memory.Usually the flash memories are made up with the following materials.

 8.Inner body

  

       The inner body and side parts of the iphone mostly made with the

 9.Logo

  

         The iphone's back side logo was it's fanciest part.But it can't made up with single materials,it also uses lots of materials and technologies.

 10.Back side

  

          The back side of the iphone uses some specialized materials.These materials helps to protect the iPhones from scratches and damages.

1. Analized 6000 series Aluminum 
2. Ceramic Glass,etc.

 11.Other parts

               Lot's of other  parts of iPhones like Home button,mounting brackets,Elclosures,buses and lot's of other inner parts are normally made up with the Plastic,Steel,Ion,Rubber,Copper,etc.
